Virgin Mobile adds a free screen repair service
Hold up, it’s not for all smartphones, but Virgin Mobile have added a completely free screen repair service on some top-end models, including the Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max.
Those phones, I think it goes without saying, are expensive to repair, so this is definitely worth looking into if you’re thinking of getting any of them.
Virgin Mobile uses (at the moment) EE masts but will be switching to Vodafone masts next year. I must say, their current deals are really very strong – 20GB of data for £12 per month on SIM-only and more besides.
So anyway, here’s the deal on the screen replacements. If you’re a new or existing pay monthly customer upgrading before November 8th, you’ll be entitled to a one-off screen replacement in the first 12 months of your contract.
Annie Brooks, Executive Director of Product at Virgin Media, told us..
Many of us have accidently dropped a phone and a cracked screen can be frustrating. Our new screen repair service gives customers ultimate peace of mind as they get acquainted with their new phone – no matter how clumsy they are!
The full list of phones included are…
– iPhone 11 Pro / Pro Max
– Samsung A51 5G
– Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G
– Samsung S20 Plus 5G
– Huawei P40 lite / P40 / P40 Pro 5G
– Oppo Find X2 Lite / X2 Neo / X2 Pro
